"Pretty disappointed and it messed up my plans"
I really wanted this to work out because it looked decent online, but once it arrived it was a letdown. It felt cheaper than I expected, the finish had little marks on it, and some of the parts didn’t line up right. I had planned to use it right away, so now I’m stuck figuring out a backup, which is frustrating. For the price, I expected way better quality. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Installation was more frustrating than I expected"
I figured this would be straightforward, but the install ended up being a pain. Just from the way the instructions were written, I assumed it would be quick and simple, but it took way more effort than it should have

"Cleaning this thing is such a hassle"
I’m frustrated with how hard this is to clean. Soap scum sticks everywhere and it takes way more scrubbing than it should to wipe off. I even tried looking for help or tips, but there’s basically no human contact anywhere, just automated stuff, which makes the whole experience even more annoying.

"Arrived with barely any padding"
The box showed up with almost no protection inside, which was disappointing. The item ended up scratched because of it, not exactly what you want to see when you open a package, you know?

"The drain really ruins it"
I bought a DeerValley shower base, and after using it recently, the drain is what stands out the most to me, in a bad way. Even with normal shower pressure, water starts pooling around my feet, and then it takes way too long to fully drain once the shower is off.

I thought maybe it was hair or a clog, but I checked, and a plumber said the line itself is fine. Maybe I’m more annoyed because it happened again just this morning, but it really feels like a design issue. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t buy from them again...

"Didn’t hold up"
It felt kind of cheap right out of the box. I was hoping it would last at least a little while, but it broke quickly with normal use. Not really what I expected.

Support did end up fixing the issue, which I appreciated, but it took more back and forth than I expected. Overall, it worked out in the end, though I’d say the experience was just okay rather than great...

"Description was a little off"
It looked really nice online, but when it showed up, the details didn’t quite match what I expected. The size, and the finish, felt a bit different from the description. It’s not awful or anything, but I do wish the listing had been more accurate before I bought it.

"Customer service really let me down"
I was disappointed with how they handled my order question. I messaged them and waited days without getting a clear reply, and when someone finally did respond, it felt like they hadn’t even read what I wrote.

I know every company gets busy, but compared to other places I’ve ordered from, the support here felt really lacking. Most competitors at least send a quick update or acknowledge the issue, but this just left me hanging. I don’t think I’d order again if basic questions are handled this way.

"Looks okay, but the flush could be better"
The toilet looks fine and fits the space nicely, but the flush has been weak for us. I’ve had to flush twice most of the time, and it already clogged once, which was frustrating. Maybe it would be fine in a lightly used bathroom, but for everyday use, I’m not too happy with it so far.

"Return ended up being a bigger hassle than I expected"
The bath vanity itself looked fine, so no real complaints there. But the return process was slow, and maybe it’s just me, but having to email twice just to get the refund moving was frustrating. It ended up taking weeks, which was more hassle than I wanted. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I checked out deervalleybath.com hoping I might find a decent deal, but the prices felt kinda high compared to a few other places I was looking at.

Some of the items did look nice, so it’s not like the selection was bad. But once I started comparing similar products on other sites, it just didn’t really make sense to buy from here. Even with discounts, it still didn’t feel all that affordable.

Maybe the quality is totally fine, I’m not sure. But price-wise, it didn’t seem very competitive to me, and I ended up ordering from another site for less.

"Delivery took way longer than I expected"
The shipping was just way too slow for me. I kept checking for updates and waiting for the package to finally show up, but it felt like it was taking forever. I don’t mind waiting a little bit, but this delivery time was frustrating...

"Looked great at first, but didn’t hold up for me"
I bought this vanity last year, i really liked how it looked when it first arrived. In my experience though, it just hasn’t held up as well as I hoped. The drawers started feeling loose after a while, and the finish began peeling, which was disappointing. I also found customer support slow to respond, so overall it wasn’t the best experience for me...

"Said it was in stock, but I guess it wasn’t"
I ordered a vanity because the site said it was in stock, but a few days later I got an email saying it was actually backordered. Maybe I should’ve double-checked somehow, but I figured if it said in stock, it was safe to plan around it. I’d already lined up the install, so it threw everything off. Canceling the order also took longer than I expected. Just a frustrating experience overall.

"Leaks a bit here and there"
It works fine overall. But after a few uses, I noticed a little leaking around the seal. Not a huge deal. Just kind of annoying

"Dimensions Were Way Off"
I ordered a vanity after checking the size chart more than once, it was disappointing. The measurements listed online did not match what actually arrived, so it ended up not fitting the space at all. For the price, I expected the details to be accurate. Dealing with the return was a hassle too, so overall it just did not feel worth it. I wish I had not trusted the listed dimensions.

"Decent product, but the instructions threw me off"
I ordered from Deervalleybath, and the product itself turned out okay once everything was together. The instructions were confusing though, with a few steps that felt like they were missing and drawings that didn’t quite match the parts I had. Maybe I was just overthinking some of it, but it definitely slowed me down.
I had to pause a couple times and look things up online just to make sure I was doing it right. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, and the final result is fine, but for the price I was hoping the setup guide would be a little more helpful

"Nice vanity, but it arrived cracked"
The vanity itself looked really nice, nice enough that I was excited about it, and shipping was actually fast. But when it showed up, one corner had a crack in it. The packaging looked okay, so I’m not really sure what happened there. Customer service did get back to me after I sent photos, which I appreciated, but it still took a while, a while longer than I hoped, to get everything sorted out. Not a total disaster, just frustrating because I really wish it had arrived in better shape.

"Checkout felt confusing and stressful"
I had a frustrating time trying to place an order. The site was slow, and every time I got to checkout it seemed to jump back or make me redo something. I was trying to find the shipping info, but it wasn’t clear at all, and I started feeling pressured to just finish the order without really knowing the details. After spending way too much time on it, I ended up giving up.
